For high quality, higher productivity and flexibility, the Company has state-of-the-art microprocessor controlled spot welding and MIG welding equipment. Maruti Udyog Ltd. has approved this modern weld shop after conducting rigorous inspection like hammer test, nugget formation test, penetration test and torque test. These test are conducted from time-to-time to ensure continued integrity of the welding processes.

Welding robots are being installed for further up-gradation of this shop.
